We are pleased to offer FREE shipping to anywhere in North America and duty and custom free orders to Canadians. We will also ship anywhere in the world for an additional $30.
Packages will be shipped out using either Canada Post, USPS, or UPS.
Returns & Exchanges
At Madison Wigs, we want you to be happy with your purchase! If for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied with your wig, you have 3 days to send it back for a return. Here are the need-to-know details. Please read carefully as there will be NO exceptions.
~ Your wig must be sent back in the condition it was received. This means the lace is not altered in any way, the hair has not been washed or heat styled, and all packaging material is in place. Each item will be inspected before the refund is given.
~ All wigs sent back will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Note this does not include original shipping costs, which are $30. Any wig marked FINAL SALE will not be eligible for a return. If an exchange is made, the restocking fee will be waived.
~ If you wish to send a wig or topper back, please email MadisonWigs@MadisonWigsBoutique.com within 3 days of receiving your package along with your tracking number. Refunds will be processed within 1-2 days of receiving your package and after it has been inspected.

~ In-Stock Policy: If your item is not currently in stock, you will be notified by phone or email within one day of placing your order. You then have the choice of either waiting 6-8 weeks to receive your wig or choosing another wig that is available immediately. If after being notified, you just wish to be refunded, you can do so for up to 48 hours after placing the order. After that point, all cancelled orders will be subject to the appropriate fees indicated above.
