We want your shopping experience with Madison Hair to be simple and stress-free. From fast shipping to a fair returns process, our policies are designed to give you peace of mind when investing in your new hair.
Shipping
U.S./Canada Free express shipping over $1500
Orders over $1500USD ship complimentary express (3–5 business days) anywhere in the USA and Canada. Most parcels arrive right on time, but if there’s a customs or holiday delay, we’ll always keep you in the loop.
- $10 for orders between $600.01–$1500
- $40 for orders under $600
International shipping
- $95 flat-rate worldwide (regardless of order size)
We ship within 1–3 business days so you can enjoy your piece as quickly as possible.
Note: International shipments may incur customs/duties. These are outside our control, but we recommend checking with your local postal authority so you know what to expect. USA shipments are considered a free-trade item and should not incur duties.
At this time, we’re unable to ship to Italy or Spain.
Returns
We know shopping for alternative hair online can feel daunting — which is why our returns policy is designed to give you confidence when you shop.
If your piece isn’t the perfect fit, you have 3 days from receiving your order (day 1 is delivery day) to let us know. Simply request a return through our returns portal, and we’ll guide you step by step.
If conditions are met, you are eligibel for a refund (minus restock fee)
P.S. If day 3 falls on a Sunday, please email us before or on that Sunday. We'll offer you a 1 day extension.
Conditions for returns
Your piece must be returned in the same condition as it was received.
- Lace uncut and unaltered.
- Hair unwashed and unstyled (no heat or products).
- All packaging included.
- Topper clips closed and hair free (open clips may incur a $20 cleaning fee).
Packages must be shipped without requiring a signature (to avoid delays). Any packages sent COD will be rejected and returned to the sender.
Restock fees
Wigs: $150 flat (USA/Canada) / 25% international.
Active Wigs: $100 flat / 25% international.
All international orders will be charged this restock fee due to incoming customs duties.
Shipping paid at checkout is non-refundable.
Why do you have restock fees?
Restock fees cover the bits we can’t recover, shipping, insurance, packaging, processing fees, and the TLC to make a piece ready for its next home.
By charging a small fee on returns, instead of raising prices across the board, we are able to offer the lowest sale price for everyone. Thanks for helping us offer a wide, freshly curated selection without inflating costs.
Final sales & Cancellations
- All sale wigs and toppers are final sale. If returned, shipping fees to resend will apply.
- Orders cancelled before shipping incur a 5% cancellation fee (as our payment processor does not refund fees). If your order has already shipped, standard restock fees apply.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges, but you’re welcome to place a new order that suits you better (restock fees still apply on the original).
Faulty/incorrect product
Every Madison piece is carefully inspected, but in the rare instance you believe you have received a defective or incorrect product:
- Email us within 3 days with clear photos.
- If confirmed, return shipping is on us.
- We’ll repair or replace your piece at no cost.
