Shipping Policy
We are pleased to offer overnight express shipping via DHL to anywhere in the US for $10 per wig/topper (please note customs delays are beyond are control however rarely happen). Shipping within Canada will be done via Canada Post and typically takes 3-7 business days and also costs $10 per wig/topper.
We offer International Shipping for $95. Please note that Madison Hair is not responsible for any additional customs/duties charged by international countries. Please consult with your local post office authorities if you wish to get estimates on how much this will be. There should never be any customs when shipping to the USA however as these items are considered a free trade item.
Please note that all shipping time frames are estimates only and at times, there may be delays. This is unfortunately out of our control and will not entitle the customer to a refund of shipping fees.
Please note we do not ship to Italy.
We aim to ship packages out to the USA/International daily Monday through Friday. Canada Post shipments will go out Tuesday and Thursday.
We also offer an easy return policy. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied, you have 3 days from the time of delivery to send it back for a return!
At Madison Hair Collection, we do our very best to portray our wigs as accurately as possible. This said, we are unable to control the variances that can come from computer screens as well as different lighting scenarios. Likewise, many of our products are specialty colors and where they are parted or how they are styled can also influence exactly how they look.
We ask for your understanding with regards to this and know that there may be slight variances in how your wig looks when it arrives out of the box. Any return made in nature of this will still quality for restock fees.

Please note this wig is a bit thin in the back section. Worn as normal there is likely enough hair to cover the wefts fine in most situations but there is a risk depending on how it's styled (particularly if it's curled) that wefts may show. Discounted accordingly.
Looking for a wig that's lighter weight, lies flat to the head, has no silk to lace transition to worry about and that's comfortable? Look no further than our lace top wigs.
* Color: Dark Brown with caramel highlights.
* Lace top parting wig with lace front that temple to temple. Note this means the ear tabs do NOT have lace along the sides.
* Dries naturally straight, but not poker straight
* Silky and Soft Mongolian hair
* Bleached front so you can pull the hair back off your face with confidence
* Wefted cap, which helps add durability
* Luxurious cap made from ultra soft fabric that helps regulate your temperature and feels silky against the skin (read: NO more irritation!).
* Grippy silicone on the ear tabs, crown and nape to add comfort and help your wig stay put. This cap is slip on and go and when fits properly, shouldn't need any adhesives, combs, clips or wig grips. It can be worn with or without bio hair.
* Silk lining to help reduce the typical scratchiness that can occur with lace tops and hide any bio hair that might be present (this can be easily removed if desired).
* Ultra flat top that will also be cooler by nature due to the lace
* 9-10" with slight layering and a bang cut in.
* 110% low-medium density. As this is a low density wig, please be advised that you should not use a very deep part or there is the risk wefting may show in the back. We recommend a part no greater than 3" long.
*XS/S Cap Size (this size fits a bit smaller than our standard small and can be worn by those who are a XS size or those who are on the smaller side of a standard S). The biggest difference in measurement is front to nape.
(Circumference: 52 cm, Front to Nape: 30 cm, Ear to Ear: 29 cm)
*Small cap size: 21-22" Circumference
* Medium cap size: 21.5-22.5" Circumference
* Please note wig is shown with a small amount of face powder dabbed into the part-line for demonstration purposes. We recommend clients use powder rather than bleaching the knots as it extends the longevity of the wig and often looks more realistic.
