Shipping Policy

We ship via Canada Post and DHL. For Canadian residents, regular shipping is $15 and can take anywhere from 7-10 days. Express shipping is available for $20 and takes 4-5 days. For US orders, shipping is $15 via DHL and typically takes 2-3 days. Please note that in rare occurrences, packages may get held up in customs and delay delivery. This is unfortunately out of our control so you will not be refunded express shipping charges had you chosen them if this should occur.

We also offer International Shipping and the rate is $50 for tracked but uninsured (note, we will not be held responsible if your package is lost in the mail if choosing this option) or $90 for tracked and fully covered (you will be reimbursed in full if your package is lost). International shipping may incur customs and duties fees that you will be responsible for. Please keep this in mind with your orders. 

Additionally, due to new customs regulations, international/USA customers should be prepared that they may need to provide address/name verification to customs as well as their SSN. This is unfortunately out of our control and a regulation on human hair shipments by the government. Should you choose not to provide this information, the restock fee will still apply along with any return and related shipping costs to get the wig back to us. 

Orders will ship out on Tuesday's and Friday's, unless otherwise communicated to you directly. The cut off time for an order to be shipped out on these days is 12 AM MDT. Thanks for your understanding of our shipping policies.

Madison Hair Collection will not be held responsible for any packages lost in the mail. After they are shipped out they are the responsibility of the customer. We will however work with you to the best of our capabilities to locate your order. 

Return & Exchange Policy

​At Madison Wigs, we want you to be happy with your purchase! If for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied with your wig, you have 3 days (the day you receive it is day 1) to send it back for a return. If your third day is on a Sunday, please email us on or before that Sunday to tell us you need to return and you will have a one day extension to mail it on Monday. Your return will be processed 2 weeks from the time we receive it. Here are the need-to-know details. Please read carefully as there will be NO exceptions

 ~ Your wig must be sent back in the condition it was received. This means the lace is not altered in any way, the hair has not been washed or heat styled, and all packaging material is in place. For toppers, please ensure that all clips are closed and hair is not tangled in them prior to sending. If clips are open upon us receiving it, an additional $20 will be reduced from your refund. Each item will be inspected before the refund is given. 

 ~ All in-stock wigs and toppers purchased after January 1, 2021 that are returned will be subject to a 15% restock fee if they were paid for via credit card or Sezzle. If they were paid for via Paypal, the restock fee will be 18% of the total purchase price.  This discrepancy is due to different fee rates charged by the different payment processors. Shipping charges are also non-refundable. All sale wigs are a final sale. This policy applies whether a return or exchange is made. 

~ Please note that we may not see cancellation requests prior to shipping out the package so to make things fair for everyone, we no longer offer a cancelation policy. Normal restock fees will apply. Please be sure to research about your choice carefully prior to buying. 

 ~ If you wish to send a wig or topper back, please email MadisonWigs@MadisonwigsBoutique.com within 3 days of receiving your package along with your tracking number. Please do not require a signature with your package as this may delay us getting it by up to a week. Please allow 2 weeks after we receive your package and after it has been inspected for the refund to be processed.
